The Nickel Institute also collects non-personal information each time a Member logs into his or her account. The non-personal information the Nickel Institute collects includes logging the following Member account details: the Member account details, the Member’s browser and operating system information, the domain name of the website from which the Member came, data and duration of visit, number of visits, average time spent on the website, pages viewed date and duration of visit. This non-personal information will be used to optimize the website for Member use.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Generally, we do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties without your consent unless required by applicable law. There are some situations in which we may disclose your Personal Information without your consent. For example:
- when we are required or authorized by law to do so, for example if a court issues a subpoena; or
